South Terminal

For pick-up, please follow the signs for the Short Stay Car Park as you exit the terminal. Your driver will inform you which colour zone they are parked in, and you can then proceed directly to the designated location.

North Terminal

For pick-up, please follow the signs for the Short Stay Car Park as you exit the terminal. Your driver will inform you which colour zone they are parked in, and you can then proceed directly to the designated location.

Terminal 1 is closed.

Terminal 2

Please follow the signs for the Short Stay Car Park as you exit the terminal. Proceed to Level 1, where your driver will meet you.

Terminal 3

Please follow the signs for the Short Stay Car Park upon exiting the terminal. Head to Level 1, where your driver will meet you.

Terminal 4

Please follow the signs for the Short Stay Car Park as you exit the terminal. Your driver will meet you directly in the designated pick-up area.

Terminal 5

Please follow the signs for the Short Stay Car Park when leaving the terminal. Make your way to Level 1, where your driver will meet you.

Pickup Point

London City Airport has only one terminal. For pick-up, please follow the signs to the Short Stay Car Park as you exit the terminal, then proceed to Level 1, where your driver will meet you.

Pickup Point

Luton Airport has only one terminal. For pick-up, please turn left as you exit the terminal building and follow the signs for the Pick-Up/Drop-Off Zone – Terminal Car Park 2 (TCP2). Your driver will meet you in the designated pick-up area located on the ground floor of Terminal Car Park 2.

Stansted Airport has only one terminal. For pick-up, please follow the signs to the Pick-Up/Drop-Off Zone as you exit the terminal. Your driver will meet you there and will inform you of the exact zone within that area where you should proceed.

Car Park 1

To reach Car Park 1, head towards Door A inside the terminal. Exit through Door A and cross the road in front of the Diamond House building. Continue walking past Diamond House and follow the clearly marked signs directing you to Car Park 1.

Car Parks 2 & 3

To reach Car Parks 2 and 3, exit the terminal via Door C and walk towards the Regis building on your left. This will lead you directly to Car Park 2.

Car Park 3 is located just across the road from the Regis building and is easily visible from this point.

Terminal 1

If your flight arrives at Terminal 1, please proceed to the T1 Short Stay / Pick-Up Car Park. Your driver will meet you there in the designated pick-up area.

Terminal 2

If your flight arrives at Terminal 2, the pick-up point is located on Level 0 (L0) of the Terminal 2 West Multi-Storey Car Park. Please make your way there to meet your driver.

Terminal 3

If your flight arrives at Terminal 3, please proceed to the T3 Multi-Storey Car Park and follow the signs for the T3 Arrivals (Pick-Up) Zone. Your driver will meet you in the designated area.

Pickup Point

For pick-up, please follow the signs to the Short Stay Car Park as you exit the terminal it is opposite the terminal.

Pickup Point

The official pick-up (and drop-off) point is now the Drop-Off & Pick-Up Car Park, located at the airport’s modern Transport Interchange, close to the terminal.

The Drop-Off & Pick-Up Car Park is designed for quick arrivals and collections. It’s about a 3–5 minute walk from the terminal building.
